French born and trained pastry chef, Louis Sergeant, lovingly creates a beautifully presented selection of carefully hand crafted sweet and savoury amuse-bouches, mini-sandwiches and miniardises for you to relish. Savour these with a selection from our Gourmet Dilmah tea range or espresso coffee or upgrade with a glass of bubbly, decadent cocktail or Champagne.

High tea is open Wednesday to Sunday, from 2pm to 4.30pm. Bookings are essential (please note that the last booking time is taken at 3.30pm)
